You know, i don't give a damn one way or the other because Axl screwed us all in Philly back on Friday December 6th 2002 for the Chinese Democracy World Tour when he didn't show up and caused all of Philly to riot and tear up the former First Union Center. With the no-show in Philly being the second concert cancellation in that tour, the first was the tour kick-off in Vancouver, the concert promoters, Clear Channel cancelled the rest of the tour. I didn't pick up my bass or my drum sticks for months after that, didn't listen to damn guns n roses song or album as well. If this is going to be the time that the album finally is released and they can actually keep a scheduled set of dates and actually play the shows, then i might consider becoming a guns n roses fan once more. if not then i say the hell with it and Axl Rose is an asshole. |

Song rocks!, not my first choice, but give it a chance and it grows on you. Let's get over 2002 already, he screwed us no worse then the birds in a NFC Championship game... Phils (w)in the Series and GN'R on the radio, looks like it's gonna be a great October!!!! |

If people can move past the fact that Slash is not in the band, and the anti Axl sentiment here in Philly, they will realize this is the best piece of work put on the airwaves in a long time. It rocks hard, his voice sounds great, the solos are amazing. I mean, people can complain, but would you really rather have Linkin Park and Green Day on a loop then this?

If this song was from anyone else MMR wouldn't even touch it. There are so many other up and coming bands that deserve air play over this garbage. I could care less about the 02 incident, Axl has lost it though. |

first off i think the song is really good and i cant wait till nov. 23 its just a shame that everyone took the fact that the show was cancelled personally like we were the only concert cancelled... it was screwed up and i was pissed. but hey i got over it and saw them in new york and baltimore the new stuff is great. the cd could never live up to an 15 years off hype but it might come close |

More like Chinese disaster! Axl should have kept this little "gem" to himself. I'd much rather listen to Velvet Rolver. |

The song rocks! I love it. it's one of the best new songs i've heard in several years.
how a "rock" station could consider NOT playing it is beyond me (especially one that regularly plays all of gnr's other hits).
i think it's sad if we start holding rock stars to any kind of standard regarding their behavior. |

I think anything that involves Axle Rose should be banned from the airwaves of Philly. He blew us off without any remorse what-so-ever.I don't want to hear him on WMMR and I don't want MMR to help him make money by promoting his new stuff. I think for every time the suits want mmr to play his stuff, you should play that wonderful FU boycott "editorial" that ran after the concert. |

Nice to see so many people here in Philly are able to to judge this song on its own merits instead of based on what happened six years ago...Not. Yeah, it sucked. I had tickets to five shows on that tour that were canceled. But you know what? The cancellations had nothing to do with me personally, so I moved on instead of holding a grudge. If you are taking into consideration something other than the music itself, then you aren't really giving the song a fair chance. And that's on you, not Axl Rose. |

Man, get over it, whatever Axl did to Philly or you, don't take it so personally. He is a bad ass, I don't give a shit American rock start. He owes nobody nothing. The new tune rocks! People want to hear it. Play it.

First off I would like to say that I was also at the GNR no show in 2002 and yes I was disappointed that the show was cancelled. I have been a huge GNR fan since I was 13. I was more disappointed in how the crowd acted that night, ripping out chairs, throwing things, starting fights and lighting fires. A cancelled show is no excuse to act in such a deplorable manner. People acted like animals that night and you can blame Axl , but you all really need to take a look at yourselves. If you are upset at Axl attack his wallet don't buy the albums, stop being a GNR fan! Think about the guy paid 5.00 an hour to clean all that shit up. Did he do anything to deserve that? That being said, the song is not a bad song,It is growing on me in the same way Appetite did back in the 80's, but I wouldn't have chosen that to be the first single. I have heard some of the leaks and I would have chose "better" over this song. This album will never live up to the hype an album that takes 17 years to put together could never live up to that kind of expectation. I will still support all the members of GNR and their projects. I think they are talented musicians and songwriters even though they cannot work together anymore. |

I almost forgot why i don't listen to wmmr anymore, besides how lame and not funny preston and steve are and the constant. nickelback, 3 doors down, disturbed crap they play. But i remembered past 2 days, thanks to the jackass djs and the callers. As for the song, is it the best gnr song? Nope, But it rocks, gotta at least give it a chance. SLash is gone, its not 1987, axl can be a dick, so get over it, its 2008 nothing new. Guns n roses is just a name, the music is more important. Believe it or not slash actually heard the new songs and said they were pretty good, he moved on so did everyone else, in the original line up. Same people hating on it are the same people who complain about linkin park, fall out boy etc. here's a chance for rock to make some what of a comeback, and b/c it doesn't sound like wttj, its crap to them |

Feels like Christmas morning after not having anything new for so long. I miss the old GnR but I am sooooexcited to get the new. I think Axl should have dropped the GnR name and just gone with his own name. The man may be out there, but he has an undeniable talent that I enjoy. |

GnR have always suck and they will continue to suck. They call them selfs a rock group, they are a rock group alright, more like a group of rocks. This so called new song is just as bad as all the other crap they have put out. Don't give a shi- if I never here it or them ever again. |

The song is pretty good. Its tough and rocks pretty good. I've heard the leaks and think "IRS" and "Chinese Democracy" are my two least favorite songs. There's some other better songs that'll be on the album. It has someting for everyone. |

I think the song sounds pretty damn good...its a hell of a lot better than most of the new crap they play on the radio...it seems like whoever doesnt like this song seems to be releated to having tickets to see Axl without Slash in like 02, but because you were screwed by them you all of the sudden dont wanna see or hear him and his new guys. Kinda funny if ya ask me! but anyways...keep playing it! it rocks. |

The songs just aren't that good, maybe its my taste in rock, but they just sound scrambled and choppy. What ever they sound like its definitly the type of quality I would expect after more than 10 years. I'm a GN'R fan, but definitely not of this 'New' era. |

The song sucks. It's hard to believe that Axl waited 13 years to put out this garbage - he absolutely must be out of his mind! To paraphrase Pierre, "it's a flaming turd". Preston and Steve rock, Casey is retarted, Marissa is hot, Kathy is a bitch and Nick needs help. GADZOOKS! |
